Qqqeee Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

1 General Terms & Introduction

Qqqeee (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "qqqeee") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and qqqeee.

By accessing qqqeee via its website, mobile app, or any other digital channel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2 Account Registration & Management

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering on qqqeee. Accounts created with false information may be terminated and any funds held may be forfeited.

• Each person may register only one account — multiple accounts under the same name, email, phone number, or payment method are not permitted.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password strictly confidential.
• If unauthorized access to your account is detected, notify qqqeee immediately.
• Qqqeee will never ask for your password by phone or email — any such request is fraudulent.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is completed.

3 Age Requirement & Eligibility

Qqqeee is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18. During registration, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

• Qqqeee may request proof of age at any time for verification purposes.
• Any registration where age is concealed — whether by mistake or fraudulent intent — will result in all account transactions being voided.
• Accessing qqqeee from a restricted country or region will void your permission to use the service.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Qqqeee currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — this is required for anti-money laundering compliance.
• For verified accounts, standard withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals of large amounts (above ৳50,000) may require additional verification.
• Qqqeee charges no fees of its own on deposits or withdrawals — third-party transfer charges may apply.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on qqqeee:

• Bets cannot be cancelled once placed — for in-play bets, you may use the Cash Out option where available.
• Qqqeee reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake will be refunded within 48 hours.
• If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, payouts may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.
• Qqqeee is not liable for brief connection interruptions that occur during live betting.

Different sports may have their own specific rules — please read the relevant sport's rules before placing a bet.

6 Bonus & Promotions Terms

Qqqeee regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, which are clearly stated on the relevant offer page.

• Wagering Requirement: Withdrawing a bonus typically requires completing 15× to 30× in wagering.
• Validity: Each bonus has its own expiry period — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Multiple bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse: If bonus abuse — such as bonus hunting or arbitrage — is detected, any associated winnings will be voided.
• Referral Bonus: The referral bonus is triggered when your referred friend makes their first deposit.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on qqqeee and will result in immediate account closure:

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Disproportionate betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Attempting to launder money or process illegal funds through qqqeee.
• Using another person's account or selling your account.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in misconduct toward other users.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Qqqeee may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• At your own request, whether voluntarily or under our Responsible Gaming policy.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting support. Any verified remaining balance will be returned to you after review.

9 Limitation of Liability

Qqqeee is not liable for the following:

• Bets or transactions lost due to internet connectivity issues.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Hardware or software issues on your device.
• Payout delays due to unexpected technical or server errors.

10 Data Privacy

Qqqeee does not sell your personal information to any third party. For full details on how your data is used, please refer to our Privacy Policy page.

• Your data may be used for service improvement, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes.
• You may request access to your personal data or ask for it to be deleted at any time.

11 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with qqqeee, contact our support team directly first — most issues are resolved at this stage.

• An initial response to your complaint will be provided within 72 hours of submission.
• Complex disputes may take up to 14 business days to investigate and resolve.
• If you are not satisfied with qqqeee's internal resolution, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the relevant regulatory authority.

12 Changes to Terms & Conditions

Qqqeee may update these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified at least 7 days in advance via registered email or in-app notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you may contact Support to close your account.
